Tenant Fees

A Holding Deposit of £50 is required once you wish to proceed to an application(s). This amount will be registered with your deposit once you have taken possession of the property. All deposits are registered with The DPS under their custodial Scheme, details can be found at: https://www.depositprotection.com/

The amount of £50 will be withheld if any relevant person(s), prospective tenant(s) or guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy prior to taking possession, fail a Right to Rent Check, provide materially significant or misleading information or fail to arrange a moving in date within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

Monies to pay on the day you take possession of the property:-

• One month’s rent
• One month’s deposit – minus the £50 holding deposit

As part of the tenancy, you are required to hold Tenant’s Contents Insurance that the Landlord or Letting Agents consider adequate to protect up to £2500 against accidental damage caused by the tenant(s), to the contents, furniture, and fittings at the property as described in the Inventory.
